Rudding Park
Yet another visit to the fabulous Rudding Park once again the staff were truly brilliant making sure our needs were met and supplying us with a nearest-the-pin competition on the 5th and 11th par threes generously detonating the prizes. The course has had some significant improvements yet remains in tremendous condition manicured fairways and tricky quick greens. It has been suggested that we set up an event for next season to take in the amazing new six hole par three course which has been developed, being copies of iconic par threes from around the world and then to go on to play our 18 hole competition.
Onto today’s festivities in 3rd place on 32pts David Walls, with a score of 36pts in 2nd place Dale Banks, and with a tremendous 42pts and his first win Gerard Hart. The nearest the pin competition hole 5 was Alan Orchard and hole 11 was Mike Lincoln well done gents and thanks to the pro shop for their donation of the prizes, we would also like to thank the catering staff for the excellent meal hope to see you again next season.Â
