Top of the Hill
We returned to Hadden Hill on the hottest day of the year. 15 brave members endured the heat to chase a little white ball around a field.
The greens and fairways were in great condition, pity about the many OOB fairways, perhaps we should learn to hit straight.
It was a close finish with only 1 point difference between the top 4. Taking 3rd place with 35 points beating Duncan Campbell on count-back was Simon Earle. In second place was Carol Grinnell with 36 points. Leading the way for his 2nd win of the season, also on 36 points and by virtue of count-back was Chris Reed.
We look forward to returning next year, hopefully not as hot though.
