Chorlton Cum Hardy
This is a gem of a course a beautiful well established parkland setting, at first it looks pretty benign, but this is a plotters course with greens protected by bunkers and very little room to the rear if you go long, Fairways have ditches in all the right places and the occasional well-established trees to cut out your view if you are out of position. The condition of the course was exceptional well cut fairways and quick greensand with a slope of 134 this was going to be a test.
In 3rd place with an excellent score of 42pts on count back Gerard Hart, Our runner up in 2nd winning with a better back nine also on 42pts Mike Lincoln. Our winner on 47pts was our Manchester bandit David Kirkham…congratulations.
