Duke of Normanby Hall

We once again visit the superb Normanby Hall (home of the Duke) looking at its manicured fairways and tremendous greens with a tough 131 slope off the yellow tees it is hard to believe that this is a municipal course, since last year event there has been a few subtle changes in the practice area a good improvement.

The players from last year knew that they would be out for a stern test of golf. Well the sun shone and so did the golf with Dean Collins joining us for his 1st event and taking 3rd place with a very respectable 37pts in 2nd place on an outrageous 44pts Andrew Steward but our winner with a colossal 46 pts who struck the ball beautifully all day Alan Orchard well done Al.

We want to thank all the ground staff for their efforts on the course and the clubhouse staff for their warm welcome and hospitality.
