AEC_victory“It always takes two teams to have a great battle and, although there can only be one winner, the real winner is disabled golf.” Graeme Robertson, Captain (non playing)
Team England 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015

The Disabled Golf Association in England currently participate in home internationals against Scotland (SDGP) and against Wales (WDGA).

We started these international events to showcase and celebrate that disabled and impaired golfers can play some awesome golf. We hope in turn this is an inspiration to new golfers and for new members, something to aim for through the season, and helps to educate able-bodied people too.

#TeamEngland Selection 2016

For Team England, 2016 promises to be an exciting year, hopefully welcoming lots more players with a squad of some 25 players in all with two internationals in 2016.
So we need a cut off date for team selection; as at 11th August, the first top 10 will qualify for the Auld Enemies Cup team to play Scotland in September (there will be 3 Captains picks to complete the team – we need 13 players as the match is over 3 rounds, therefore 1 player will miss out each day, everyone will play at least twice).
First places to be offered to play Wales will be to those unable to attend against the Scots for whatever reason, next up will be whoever is next on the OOM including 2 Captains picks to complete the team against Wales.
